Sitges is a petty town with a big personality, just a short prepare trip south of Barcelona. On the one hand, it exudes a quintessentially Spanish beach-town vibe, with white-painted buildings sporting balconies, a superabundance of homely tapas bars, a pretty promenade, and an impressive-looking church perched atop a rocky outcrop along its waterfront.
