However, sadly, not everyone in society agrees and LGBTQ+ people, especially transgender and non-binary people, are often at exposure of economic and social exclusion.
NMP Live represents highly respected LGBTQ+ speakers from all walks of being. They’re committed to standing up to discrimination and educating others about how we can remove many of the limitations imposed by gender stereotypes. By sharing their personal journey, they’re demonstrating to all of us that it’s possible to be relaxed and successful without compromising our integrity.
Some of our LGBTQ+ speakers talk about coming out and acknowledging their true selves, and some discuss homophobic bullying or discrimination they’ve encountered along the way, whilst others explore what businesses can do to improved support LGBTQ+ employees and reduce workplace discrimination.
